So I saw AFI, again. June 28, 2006 will always be one of the best days of my life. We got there at 10-ish and chilled. Um.. Ended up eating around 12-ish. Took naps with the people already there. Played Uno. Got made fun of. Made fun of Davey. I ended up going to eat, again, with April. The whole day was interesting. So we get in, and I was up front center, and Alexis was rightbehind me. Nightmare of You was chill. Yaddayaddayadda.. THEN DILLINGER CAME ON. OH MY GOD, I THOUGHT IT WAS GOING TO BE SO MUCH WORSE THAN IT ACTUALLY WAS, BECAUSE REALLY, IT WAS ALEXIS AND ME BEATING EVERYONE AROUND US UP. SERIOUSLY. Like.. No, you don't understand how Dillinger crowds are supposed to be. We were supposed to get our asses beat, because we're girls, and.. I'm short, so I have that strike against me already. But NO. WE WERE SO INTO IT. If something had hit me in the head, or something, I wouldn't have noticed it, because my adreneline was SO HIGH. So during "Phone Home" (One of Alexis/my favorite songs), Greg sang the "you belong to me" part to me. That was beyond amazing. Like.. For real.. Alexis and I were the only girls up front and center screaming every word. EVERY WORD. I'm just.. Ecstatic. I wish we could've gone to Atlanta today. They would've remembered us. AFI was amazing, too. Davey is a princess. He used my shoulder as a step, and I told Smith (Puget.. Jade's brother) that I loved him.. Like.. A lot. And he smiled and waved every time.. He knew it was me. I helped hold him up on the barricade. That was pretty amazing. Yeah.. AFI for a second time was great, but it didn't compare to Dillinger. Sorry. After the show, Alexis and I went out back and met Greg and James from Dillinger. They were honestly the sweetest guys I have ever met. Ever. Greg wrote me a letter, drew Alexis a picture and James drew us pictures. We got hugs that we didn't even ask for, and they're probably going to look for us today, but we're not going to be there. I told Greg that he's short, and I'm just.. Wow.. I'm still ecstatic about meeting them. I can't even explain how happy I am. It's insane. Every time someone would ask them to sign something, they'd sign it really quick and come back to talk to us. Just.. Wow. Sweetest guys, ever. Wow. I wish my camera didn't run out of battery, cause I would've had pictures rightnow. We took pictures with Brittany's camera, but.. Oh my God. I'm just.. Wow. I got to meet two members of one of my favorite bands, and that's all I needed. I met James from Reggie and James and Greg from Dillinger, and if I died right now, I'd be happy. Alan, the security guard, remembered me. His nickname for me is "Little One." That's pretty funny. SO ANYWAY. I moved on LJ, again. http://digitalclocks.livejournal.com would be me.
